Do you think that 2010 is the first year of a new decade?

A decade is any period of ten years. If it is thought of in historical terms it would make more sense for 2010 to be the end of the decade because there wasn't a year 0 AD. Most people think of it in terms of numbers with the years 200* being a decade.
