My cat scarlet and lucy are both pregant. Will one fight to get more attention. How do i mend both?

It depends on their personalities. Why are you allowing your cats to have litters when shelters are killing 12 million a year due to pet overpopulation? Why not have them spayed and save a few lives who are already here and need the homes?
