Is this girl weird or what?

She's the kind of girl (Ugg Boots, Skinny Jeans, short jacket) that likes a lot of guys. I seem like her type. I'm hip (I wear Lava 8 Jordans, somewhat baggy jeans, ecko clothing, akdmks hat) and she is somehow not attracted to me. Maybe she likes me though. She always looks at me and gives me this look, yet she never flirts with me. She flirts with boys who are really weird in my opinion (Track pants, polo sweatshirt, short hair, same new balances every day). This is odd. She also likes this boy who has really long ugly hair, has the face of Rocky Dennis (the 16 year old kid with the facial problem) and wears jeans short on him, and these dirty etnies. How can this be?
