What is the longest span for simply supp. reinforced concrete beam?

Beam length is 12.8m and 610mm deep. Max shear force = 200kN. Max moment = 600kNm. Is it possible to constuct this beam without increasing the depth? How much deeper must the beam be in order to satisfy all criteria? Thank you..
