Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy: Clear racist comment in kid's show?

There was also an incident at the end of an episode where Billy's little friend that made a honking noise to speak popped out of the compartment of a motorcycle or somthin, and Billy goes "Whatchu talkin bout !" He'd named the thing earlier on, but it didn't sound derogatory because that was the sound the thing made. The show is all in fun though, most cartoons push the envelope these days.
