I need ideas for a thank you gift.?

Gift is for a woman in her late 60's. Her only hobby is shopping. We live in the desert so no plants and food is also out due to dietary restrictions I can not even begin to understand (I've tried this a few ways and failed). She does not wear jewelry and owns more clothes than she has space for. Gift cards or anything worth a specific amount of money are also out as she would never accept them. Thank you!
