What in the heck could it be plz help me!!!?

ok heres the deal i was suppost to start my period yesterday and it never showed up i havent had ne signs of having a period...but have taken a pregnancy test and it was a faintly positive...and the dr did blood test it was neg. now my ? is coulndt i still be pregnant but to ealry to det. it? iam showing signs of pregnancy and iam not stressed out so i knw its not stress...heres my symptoms. tender burning feeling in both ,tiredness,moodiness,back pain,headaches,missed period,and very emontinal,ive been having cramping that comes and goes,and peeing alot more my urine looks cloudy but i tested neg for uti and i find it that iam having a lil bit of trouble pooping srry for the tmi but i need help cuz when i had my period last monthit was normal and i ovulated on the 3rd of this month and had every other day !!.. i just dont knw what to do iam confussed and lost can sumboby plz help me with this!!!!!?????? and iam not making myself feel pregnant in ne way if it happens it does if not then i guess not!!....
