The chief prosecutor knew Richard Armitage was the leak before he even officially started the investigation yet didn't bring charges against either Armitage, Rove, or Cheney; and yet let Scooter Libby go to jail on some BS perjury technicality to give the appearance of due diligence. Scooter probably has a numbered Swiss account waiting for him when he gets out for being the fall guy.
