After having a moderate stroke and 3 months of therapy my 88 yr old Aunt is declining in almost every way.?

In the 3 months after a moderate stroke, she has also had acute renal failure and congested heart failure .. along with no speaking or eating ,right side very weak no control over her bowels and can not push a on to call for help. She has had removed (cancer) sugar- just to name a few medical problems in her past. She is a widow with no children. What can we expect for the future? Thank you for your time and consideration.
