How do I start a refinery to mint gold coins? Are there special licenses other than a business license?

Just want to know. I have an LLC business license and I know I can have a DBA for this business. Just want to know about particular licensing to be able to ay, refine, print and stamp my own coins from gold and silver. Thanks.
