If I eat..... will i lose weight, or just be unhealthy ?
If you eat too little you will do more bad than good because your body will begin take whatever you eat and store it as fat because it thinks you're starving. You need a balanced diet with lean meats, vegetables, fruits, fiber, some carbs (not too much), protein and so forth. A great way to tone legs and thighs is an exercise call the sumo squat. You stand shoulder-width apart with your toes facing outward on both feet, kind of like a duck, and squat and pull back up with a weight raised above your head then repeat. Do about 15-20 reps.
