If the US were to Annex Mexico would our troops be seen as liberators?

I think you have it backward, Mexico is colonizing us one illegal at a time. They have Mexican govt counsel in each state. Why would Mexico want a member of the Mexican govt in Arkansas, it is to represent the illegals that need to be council about their rights here in the USA
