My Cl Is having a mock trial on the great gatsby?

My Cl Is having a mock trial on the great gatsby and I am on the defense team. The charge is vehicular manslaughter against Daisy for killing myrtle. I'm not sure how I can possibly defend her if their are any ideas please help me
