My comp wont run with my AGP ATI 2400 pro connected?

Is this due to a power supply, graphics card, or mohter board issue? Is there a sight I can go to, to run a diagnostic? My power supply is 600 watts and this just recently happened, it worked all day, and when I went to turn on my comp after work, I was in for a surprise. Black screen.
