Need help in figuring out the ?

I have an AGP 7300GT card with a 350watt normal psu(cheapest one). Whenever i run games like left for dead and c&c3 , my sys freezes, goes either to blue screen, or jus freezes. Could this be because of my unyielding PSU? or could it be because of my crappy card?please help me out....
