No ariel points in house at all - can one be installed?

If you want to watch digital TV then forget about indoor aerials, no matter what they claim they are ineffective for digital reception. You need to get quotes from a couple of local aerial installers to install a main aerial on the roof, you can then specify which rooms you want to have an aerial point in, and whereabouts in the room you want it. They will run the coaxial cable down the outside walls and drill through the wall into each room you want wired & install aerial point socket. Don't forget you will need 'fly leads' to go from the sockets to the TV, but if you ask the installer they will make some up for you at time of installation, then it's 'welcome to the world of digital TV' .
