Period Trouble-Would love some advice!?

the only thing i cant suggest is- those night pads, try putting two pads on covering from front to back or if you say you get up in the middle of the night, try tampons and wake up and change it. my period is pretty heavy and the night pads work really well, they are huge.haha. good luck, hope i helped :)
