What is the best type of twist off football cleats?

im a lineman and i need good suport now my field is astro turf so i got the land shark molded but when we go on away games they have gr and i need twist offs i need a cleat thats mid to high and prefferably mid but i need a good cleat that gives support and also could someone explain to me what the length in the spikes do (theses would be my 1st pair of twist offs)
