Why did the WWE not truly deliver the '50 Greatsest Superstars" list?

This is why I hate lists like these especially of all time lists. The only time an all time list works is if the sport finished and they had an ultimate and final list and no one else could be added on. In a few years when WWE is still thriving they might make another list and rearrange EVERYTHING. I also believe that the greatest for anyone is different based on their opinions. Id rather like something more fact driven and proven instead of something that is an opinion and is different. No one's greatest of all time list is the same and they are basically telling us what we should think since they did it for us.
