Does this plot sound good?

A sixteen year old girl named Miya is constantly forced to take care of others, her 14 year old reckless pregnant sister, her 23 year old hopeless romantic brother, and her baby sister who she is her responsibility to take care of since there mother died of illness and there father is a deadbeat. She becomes infatuated with one of her neighbors. Newly married and living a seemingly carefree life while Miya was forced to grow up so quickly. She begins to develop a sort of obsessive rage toward the neighbor and begins to stalk him.
