Losing weight, with help from medication.?

i've heard of things like fat blaster that you can buy from the supermarkets, do you know of any other medications that help you loose weight that you can by from the supermarket? this is in australia though, we have supermarkets such as coles and safeway. im only looking to lose about 5 kilos, and if there is any other information that can help me lose these last bits of fat would help. thankyou :)
